Requests when using the pool

Please refrain from using if you are not in good physical condition or after drinking alcohol. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. Each pool has a different depth. Please check the water depth in advance before using. Children without diapers should wear a diaper for playing in the water and a swimsuit over it.
(We sell diapers for playing in the rental room.) Please refrain from using snorkels. Jumping is forbidden in all pools. Please refrain from behavior and the use of items that may cause inconvenience to other customers. Please refrain from leaving poolside seats. If left for more than 1 hour, staff may collect it. For safety, the pool may be closed in bad weather. Regarding accidents and thefts inside the facility, we are not responsible for anything other than emergency measures, so please be careful to prevent accidents during use and to manage valuables.
