Seawood Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "our Hotel") considers it as the base of our management activities and our social responsibility to appropriately handle and protect personal information we obtained from customers. Our Hotel has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "This Policy"), and we comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Law") and other related laws and appropriately handle personal information from customers. Though our Hotel is managed by Iida Sangyo Co., Ltd., This Policy applies to the personal information obtained in the course of the management of our Hotel.

    Our Hotel complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws.

    When providing the services of our Hotel to customers, as a general rule, with their prior consent within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of providing the service, we obtain customers' special type of personal information (health status, medical history, physical and mental disabilities, etc.), use, and also provide to the service management facilities of our Hotel.
