Requests and precautions when using the Fitness Gym

We strongly discourage the use of alcohol while in the gym. Please refrain from smoking in the gym. Please smoke in the designated area. Please take your trash home with you. If you have any concerns about your health or if you feel unwell, please discontinue use. Please refrain from using barefoot. Children of Elementary School Age or Younger must be accompanied by a guardian. We are not responsible for any troubles (including accidents and thefts) in our gym. Please keep your valuables in a locker. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please refrain from eating in the gym. As for drinks, there is no problem with pet bottles with a lid or water bottles. Please enjoy the Fitness Gym by obeying the rule that you will not bother others and protect yourself.
